International Duties & Taxes – What You Need to Know

For Our U.S.A. Customers

We currently operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that import duties and taxes are not included in your purchase price at checkout.

Once your parcel arrives in the U.S., these charges may be applied by U.S. Customs and are payable by you directly to DHL or your local customs authority.

We know this isn’t the fun part of shopping, but it’s a standard part of international deliveries.

For All Other International Customers

Depending on your country, you may also be charged import duties and taxes when your LMND parcel arrives. These charges vary by country and are out of our control.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details so there are no surprises.
