International Taxes & Duties
LMND proudly ships worldwide from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. International orders are sent via Australia post or DHL, providing fast, secure and fully trackable delivery.
Please allow up to three business days for order processing. During peak periods, processing may take up to four business days.
International orders may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Approved returns are issued as an LMND Gift Card. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for eligibility and conditions.
Duties & Taxes
Most international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning applicable duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout.
In some countries or circumstances, additional customs charges, duties, taxes or handling fees may be payable upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are outside LMND’s control.
Where duties or taxes are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying all applicable charges directly to DHL or the relevant customs authority.
Refused Deliveries
LMND does not accept refusal of delivery as a cancellation or return.
Customers are responsible for accepting their parcel and paying any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees.
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to pay the required charges, any costs incurred by LMND including original shipping, return shipping, customs fees, duties, taxes and administrative charges will be deducted from any eligible store credit.
Store credit will only be issued once the parcel has been returned to and inspected by LMND. No refund or store credit will be provided where the costs incurred equal or exceed the value of the order.
USA Customers
Some orders to the United States may be shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Where applicable, customers will be required to pay duties, taxes or customs charges directly to DHL or the relevant customs authority before delivery.
