11. Holding Deposits

A 50% deposit is required for holding items.

The balance must be paid within 2 weeks of the deposit date.

If unpaid, items will be returned to stock, and the deposit will be issued as a 6-month credit note.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered on holding deposit items.

Sale prices are final and cannot be adjusted against previous purchases.
