LMND Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you wear.

LMND is designed to be worn on repeat. If something isn't quite right, we make it simple to sort out.


Sizing Help First

Not sure about your size? Don't guess,  ask us first. Our team is available via Live Chat (10am–4pm AEST) or at info@lmnd.com.au. We'd rather help you get the right fit first time.


Full-Price Items

Changed your mind or need a different size? No problem.

Full-price items are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Credit notes are valid for 12 months and can be used on anything in the store, including new arrivals.

To be eligible your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unmarked
  • Free from odours or damage
  • Returned with all tags attached, in original packaging

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Our team is happy to help with sizing questions before you purchase, just reach out via Live Chat or email before placing your order.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

It takes two minutes:

  1. Email info@lmnd.com.au or use Live Chat (10am–4pm AEST) with your order number and what you'd like to do
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 3 business days
  3. Ship your item to our Bondi Beach store using a trackable service — return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  4. Once received and inspected, your exchange or store credit is processed within 5 business days

We are not responsible for items lost in return transit , always use tracking.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

We quality-check every order before it leaves us. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll fix it immediately, no questions asked.

Email info@lmnd.com.au with your order number and photos within 14 days. We'll repair or replace the item wherever possible. If that isn't an option, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.


Refund Timeline

Approved refunds for faulty items are processed within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to complete the transaction. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@lmnd.com.au.


In-Store Purchases

Our in-store and online policies differ. For items purchased at our Bondi Beach or Double Bay boutiques, please speak with the team in store directly.

Colours & Quality

We do our best to display colours accurately, but screens vary. Our garment-dyed pieces have natural tonal variation from piece to piece. This is part of what makes each LMND piece unique, not a fault.

Every LMND piece is quality-checked before it leaves our studio.


The LMND Promise, We design pieces to last beyond the season. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
