At LMND, we provide global delivery from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. All orders are shipped via registered Australian post.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed, and up to 4 days during peak periods when we receive a high volume of orders.
Our team takes great care to ensure that all orders are thoroughly inspected and in perfect condition before packing and shipping them to you. However, if you receive an order that is damaged or less than perfect, please inform us within 24 hours.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive shipping details and a tracking number. Once your parcel is with Australia Post, it is best to contact them directly with your tracking number if you have any questions or concerns.
We take pride in our shipping and handling process to ensure that you receive your orders in excellent condition, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during busy periods.

Please be advised that the shipping times mentioned below do not include the dispatch time. Kindly note that these are approximate estimates and may be subject to delays.
At LMND, we strive to fulfil orders from our Distribution Centre in Sydney. However, depending on the availability of stock, your order may be split and fulfilled from multiple locations. In case you receive your order with a missing item, it is possible that your package has been separated into two shipments. If this occurs, you will receive a Split Shipment notification email after your purchase.
