Refund Policy

If your item is not quite right, LMND are happy to offer an exchange or credit on full priced product that is purchased online and returned within 14 days of receiving.

Conditions

Credit notes are valid for 1 year and after this time they will unfortunately be void in our system. LMND do not offer refunds at this time. 

Garments must be in original condition as determined at the discretion of the store manager - unworn, unwashed, with no marks, damages or odours, and all tags attached.

How to start a return

To request a return please contact us on LIVE CHAT and quote your order number along with your reason for return and if it's for exchange or credit.

From here a member of our service team will be in touch to process your return. Please note, over busy periods this may take up to 3 days.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return or exchange any item. We do not cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty, or we shipped the incorrect item. We are not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number. 

Your return can take up to 5 business days to process once our service team has received and approved the return.

Sale returns

Mark down and promotional sales are final sale.

FINAL SALE: All items bought on SALE cannot be exchanged or returned. Valid while supplies last. All sales are final.

If something is faulty

LMND considers items as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs.

Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Let us fix it for you

Where possible LMND will repair faulty items. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We have made every effort to display product as accurately as possible however, as screen displays vary, we cannot guarantee that the display of any colour will be completely accurate.

All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers.
