LMND proudly ships worldwide from our central warehouse in Sydney, Australia. All international orders are dispatched via DHL Express, offering fast, secure, and fully trackable delivery straight to your door.

Duties & Taxes – What You Need to Know

We now ship most international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, this means duties and taxes are included in your final price at checkout.
However, depending on your local customs regulations, additional fees may occasionally apply upon delivery. These are at the discretion of your country’s customs authority and are beyond our control.
If You Refuse Delivery:
If you decline to accept your order due to unexpected customs charges or any other reason, the package will be returned to us. In this case, your refund will be processed minus all original shipping fees and any return costs incurred.
USA Customers:
In some instances, shipments to the U.S. may be processed on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. If applicable, you may be required to pay duties/taxes directly to DHL or your local customs office when your parcel arrives.
