If You Refuse Delivery:
If you decline to accept your order due to unexpected customs charges or any other reason, the package will be returned to us. In this case, your refund will be processed minus all original shipping fees and any return costs incurred.

In some instances, shipments to the U.S. may be processed on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
